We come from vastly different backgrounds and complement each other greatly: Kirsty is an Olympic Gold Medallist swimmer who spent the past 9 years in the US. She obtained a degree in hospitality management at Auburn University and has been involved with setting up and running summer sports camps in the US. Her heart is in Africa, and she would like to bring what she has learned here. Niki, on the other hand, started her career as a Civil Engineer, and after a stint in Europe, she completed her MBA at UCT. She then moved into business project management in banking – the highlight of her career was the 4 years with Barclays Africa, running multi-national projects.
